Two-part 2 hour conversation where we walk through home buying process
Service Description
2 hour conversation split into two parts where we look at your credit reports and address any concerns you may have before you apply for a home loan. Once I know the challenges you may face, I will consult with a lender in your market to develop a game plan to get you through closing with few to no surprises based on current market trends. (This service includes customized dispute letters for you to send to credit bureaus if you need to dispute items on your report and the names of both a real-estate agents and lenders if you need them to help you through the home buying process)
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations made five days prior to your initial 1 on 1 session or credit conversation will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds after five days prior to scheduled conversation date. No refunds for any reason after you have started 1 on 1 sessions and/or have attended a group Black Credit Conversation session. Payment can be applied to a future Black Credit Conversation online class if a request is received in writing AT LEAST two hours prior to the start time of your paid for session at info@blackcreditconversation.com or by text at (404) 941-1862. Black Credit Conversation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a conversation or session for any reason. If a cancellation occurs, customer is entitled to receive a full refund or to reschedule or join next scheduled class.
